The Supreme Federal Court is the Brazilian Supreme Court, the highest court of law of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the courtyard of the Supreme Court is a monument to Justice.
On the ground floor are the main courtroom and meeting rooms. On the 1st floor is the Noble Hall, the Chief's office, the Council Hall and the offices of the Attorney General. The 2nd floor houses an 80,000 volume library. As all the other official buildings the Supreme Court was designed by Oscar Niemeyer.
